How to get to Aalborg For most participants, the relevant way to get to Aalborg is by aircraft. For most international flights you need to go to Copenhagen, from where there is a flight connection to Aalborg. The connection to Aalborg is normally not expensive, when purchased together with an international flight. Aalborg may also be reached by train. Travelling time from Copenhagen to Aalborg is 4-5 hours and the cost is about 662 kr (89 Euro). Travelling time from Hamburg, Germany is 6-7 hours (see dsb). From Aalborg airport there will be busses to the central train station. Since it is only a shorter trip (5km), you may also prefer a taxi. The recommended hotel (Park Hotel) is situated right opposite the central train station.
